Home, Sweet Home!

Hi...So Luke is back at home. For now he will have clinic visits as an outpatient, starting tomorrow and again on Friday. Please feel free to visit, just call ahead of time to find out how he is feeling and if we're even at home.

Currently he's relaxing and complaining that he's starving----and I think it is a good thing if that is his biggest complaint. He is happy to say there are no more gay colors or arbitrary shapes on the walls and that he won't be woken up by nurses at 3am for labs.

  1. Hi Luke,

I am so glad that you are home now. Now you will be able to get a good night's sleep and not be awaken at 3:00am to have your vitals checked and you labs done. And there's nothing like a home cooked meal. ENJOY!

    Peace,
    Mrs. Llorens

Now, it's almost back to the good ole days when your three beautiful sisters would make you whatever kind of sandwich you wanted whenever you wanted it. I say, get that Katers home, too, -- she bakes a mean pie!

Now, you can finally get some real rest.

    Love you, honey.

  4. Hey Luke,
I don't think we've ever met. Someone who goes to Strake wanted me to join a group about you on Facebook. But this blog is so awesome and your story is inspirational. I love the pictures on the site. Throughout everything you still find time to smile. Stay strong. I'm praying for you.

  5. Hey Luke,

Glad to hear you made it out of the pediatric ward with your mind/soul/whatever else might've run off. Played a basketball game at some crazy CRAZY Catholic school up here, and the entire interior was covered with [take a wild guess here...]-
gay colours and arbitrary shapes. I nearly turned to leave the building, but figured if you could make it a week in such a place, I could make it two hours. Glad to hear you're doing well!
